weighbrigde pit & pitless(two usages)

 The truck scale is Consists of 3 modules, 6 pcs and 4 connection boxes,it is used in pit or pitless.

 the bottom is 4 # U-beam with some reinforcement plates.

      Connection boxes: (5# I-beam,4# angle iron, 4# load cell supporting plates, load cell mounting plates)

 It is easy to assemble the two pieces of scale body.

The process of installation the scale:

  Firstly, put connection boxes on the wood block on the foundation

  Secondly, put one pcs scale to make sure upper & lower lapping plate to match well.

  Thirdly, match the connection sleeves with another pcs then the lapping plates with bolts & nuts to fix well.

  Assembling process:Put one pcs of scale between two connection boxes with bolts & nuts to fix

  Shot blast the scale surface, double layers of protective paint (Anti-corrosion, Anti-rust)

  Scale surface is 8mm thickness checkered plate (Nice, Non-slip)

  Two types of commonly used loadcell: A. double shear beam          B. Column

  Special limiter structure: Make the scale body much more safer to use.

  All steel ramp

  1.5m width, length will  be made according to the total height of scale by 1:10
